Brock is speaking about what real transformation is. It is action. The Great Commission does not change no matter what judgment is going on in the world. There's always been judgment and persecution to some point but it NEVER STOPS THE GREAT COMMISSION! He also talks about how we need to have the heart to give to others. We give out of love. If we see a brother or sister in need we provide that need, etc.
